The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cassidy takes one to the chin there.
Reis throws a right hand that Cassidy ducks under and follows up with a left that Cassidy also avoids with ease.
Cassidy is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Reis throws a right and a left that both miss.
Reis fails to land with a series of punches.
Reis looks to land a combination but Cassidy avoids it well.
Reis changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cassidy looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Cassidy throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Reis shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Reis lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Cassidy is rocked!
Reis loads up with a big shot that hurts Cassidy! He's pulled Reis in close but Reis has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Cassidy survive? More strikes from Reis and Cassidy is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
