Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stu Ungar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Long John Beardhook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ungar comes to the cage accompanied by Ari Gold - Let's Hug It Out, BITCH. Beardhook has chosen Seamus as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
29 - 15 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Stu Ungar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Long John Beardhook! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ungar checks a low kick from Beardhook. Ungar chopping away at his opponent's legs.
A good leg kick by Ungar. Beardhook looks to land a combination but Ungar avoids it well. Ungar takes a swing at Beardhook's ribcage but misses. Beardhook moves in looking to clinch but Ungar pushes him off. Ungar tries to clinch but Beardhook is having none of it. Ungar looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Beardhook tries to clinch up but Ungar circles away and keeps his distance. Ungar slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
It looks like Long John Beardhook has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ungar pushes Beardhook up against the cage in a clinch. Ungar manages to break the clinch.
Ungar lands a really nice looking cross but Beardhook seems unphased.
Ungar lands a nice leg kick that just misses Beardhook's sensitive parts. Ungar throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Beardhook throws a hook but Ungar blocks it. Ungar finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Beardhook throws a hook to the side of Ungar's head but Ungar sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Some bone on bone action there as Beardhook checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Beardhook cracks Ungar with a good jab. Ungar lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ungar turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Ungar scores with a nice body kick.
This has been an exciting period of action! Beardhook takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Beardhook scores with a jab to the head.
It looks like Stu Ungar has been cut. Ungar lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Beardhook circles away quickly and effectively. Beardhook tries to land a front kick but Ungar steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Beardhook fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Ungar moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Long John Beardhook seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Beardhook fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. A slapping leg kick lands for Ungar.
Beardhook tries a head kick but it misses.
Ungar scores with the left hand. Beardhook knows he should have avoided that one. Beardhook takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ungar is looking to score with low kicks. Ungar moves into the clinch. Ungar lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Beardhook or not. Beardhook looks winded! Ungar scores with a shot to the side of Beardhook's head.
Beardhook is rocked! Ungar dips a shoulder and cracks Beardhook with a mighty uppercut! Beardhook falls back against the cage and Ungar unloads with a barrage of strikes! Beardhook is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Ungar screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stu Ungar! Stu Ungar seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
