And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Carl Mason!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Damien Edna and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mason doesn't manage to clinch there - Adebesi circles away.
Adebesi lands a left and a right that send Mason crashing to the mat, dazed. Adebesi thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Mason is rocked!
It looks like Carl Mason has been cut.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Adebesi goes for a small jab and connects. Now Adebesi goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Mason stumbles back but Adebesi runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Mason to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Mason will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Simon Adebesi!
