Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Roy Nelson! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Donatello Bradman and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nelson. Nelson misses with an uppercut
and Hunt counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Nelson misses with a looping right. Hunt closes the distance and lands a one-two. Hunt lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Nelson at a distance.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hunt has taken the fight to the clinch.
Hunt is pressed up against the ropes. Nelson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hunt down to the mat. Hunt avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Hunt rushes Nelson and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Hunt has Nelson pushed against the ropes. Nelson is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the ropes enables Hunt to keep the fight standing. Mark Hunt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. and Hunt counters with a left and a right that stings Nelson. Nelson swings and misses with a shot to the body enabling Hunt to counter with a crisp jab. Hunt scores with a punch to the head. Nelson throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Hunt lands a glancing blow to the side of Nelson's head. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! The crowd cheers as Hunt lands an impressive looking overhand right. Nelson doesn't seem phased though. A punch combination from Hunt misses. Hunt ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hunt lands with a short head shot on the inside. Hunt lands an elbow that stopped Nelson in his tracks for a moment. Hunt taking a break, stalling in the clinch.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Nelson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Roy Nelson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mark Hunt is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Nelson shoots in looking for a takedown. Hunt tries to sprawl out of it but Nelson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Hunt manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
And that's the end of the fight! Mark Hunt showed his dominance in that final round. Well Hunt has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
