Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Walters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bwang Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson has chosen Stepping Razor as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kyle Walters! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bwang Jackson! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Walters gets a clinch. Walters tries a knee to the head but Jackson blocks it.

A nice right hand lands inside from Jackson. Walters tries a knee to the head but Jackson blocks it.
Walters being controlled against the cage. Jackson makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Jackson takes a knee to the side of the body. Walters connects with a nasty looking knee right to Jackson's face.

Jackson effectively controlling the action here. Walters looking for a takedown. Walters throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Jackson blocks it with crossed arms. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. This has been an exciting period of action! Walters with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Jackson throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Horrible takedown by Walters or perhaps it was just good defense by Jackson which made him look bad. Walters changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jackson tries to avoid it but Walters manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jackson to the ground. Jackson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kyle Walters. That's going to take a lot out of him. Walters fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Walters closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Walters lands in his opponent's guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jackson can do anything to dispel that myth. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Walters trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Walters trying to stand up but can't free himself from Jackson's guard. Jackson pulls Walters in close to prevent any damage. Walters will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Walters lands a couple of digs. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Walters throws a big right hand that misses. Walters working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Walters throws an elbow that misses. Jackson uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Walters's guard. Nice move by Jackson! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Walters throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walters can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Jackson controls the pace. Walters is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Walters is looking for a triangle but Jackson pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Jackson is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Walters is wriggling around but Jackson manages to pass to half guard.
Walters is looking to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Walters is looking to improve his position.
Jackson is figuring out what he wants to do next. Jackson's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Walters wants to get back to full guard. Jackson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Walters. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Walters wants to get back to his feet.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Bwang Jackson wasn't active enough on the ground. Jackson with a jab. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Left hook, right uppercut from Walters. Walters scores with a head kick. Jackson tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Jackson stuffs the takedown. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kyle Walters dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Walters on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Walters shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jackson sprawls well. Jackson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Walters gets slowly back to his feet. Walters fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jackson has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Walters is looking to clinch. Jackson keeps the fight on the outside. Walters fails with an attempt to clinch.
Walters looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Walters throws a nice head kick!
Walters throws a head kick that misses. Walters throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Walters misses with a low kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Walters is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Jackson misses with a low kick. Walters with a lazy takedown attempt and Jackson counters with a left to the body. Walters throws a right hand that Jackson ducks under and follows up with a left that Jackson also avoids with ease. Jackson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jackson is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
It looks like Kyle Walters has been cut. Walters closes the distance looking to clinch and Jackson counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Walters is rocked! Bwang Jackson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A telegraphed right hand from Jackson misses the target. Oh Walters is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jackson misses the jab. Jackson pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Jackson misses with a right hand and Walters counters with a straight right hand. Jackson misses with an uppercut
and Walters counters with a good low kick that Jackson was not able to check. Walters with a poor takedown and Jackson rattles Walters with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Walters tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Jackson dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Walters stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Bwang Jackson! Bwang Jackson gave a mention to Pirates Powder in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
