Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Rexar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eduardo Rocha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rexar comes to the cage accompanied by Big Shit Poppin'. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Eduardo Rocha! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Felipe Paraventi and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rocha shoots in for a double leg but Rexar sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Rexar shoots in and bounces Rocha off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Rocha wants to stand and escape but Rexar is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rexar gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Rocha dodges the punch combination from Rexar.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Rexar enables Rocha to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Rexar manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Rexar wants to sweep here but Rocha controlling him for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rocha being controlled here momentarily. Rocha stops Rexar from standing up. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Rexar misses with a wild combination.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Rexar throws a lazy right hand but Rocha sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Rocha wants to clinch and Rexar decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Rocha's guard. Rexar content to stall in guard here. Rexar stands up and waves to Rocha to follow him. Horrible takedown by Rocha or perhaps it was just good defense by Rexar which made him look bad.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rocha fails to land with a series of punches.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Rexar seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Rocha is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Tyler Rexar! A relieved looking Tyler Rexar thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
