0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, No Hope! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hope clinches up against the cage. Hope taking a breather. Hope tries a knee to the head but Perraut blocks it.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Hope throws a knee to the head but misses.
Hope lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Oliver Perraut has been cut. Perraut can't get the takedown.

That's one minute gone in the round. Perraut is looking to control Hope's arms but Hope gets an underhook and turns him. Now Perraut has his back to the cage. Perraut tries for a takedown but Hope manages to get underhooks.

Perraut wants to clinch. Perraut fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hope sprawls well initially but Perraut persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Hope is trying to stand back up but Perraut is controlling him
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hope is trying to escape back to his feet but Perraut uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Hope looks winded! Hope is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Perraut asserts his dominance and retains side control. A lull in the action here as Perraut stalls from top position. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hope tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Perraut scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Hope is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Perraut locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Hope is forced to tap!
