The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Axe Man lands with a thumping leg kick.
Axe Man throws a nice head kick!
Jackson misses with a leg kick
and Axe Man counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Axe Man displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jackson throws out the jab.
Axe Man throws a series of punches but Jackson avoids them all with ease.

Jackson is rocked!
Jackson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jackson is still on wobbly legs! Can Axe Man finish him?

Axe Man cracks Jackson with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Jackson is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Jackson is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jackson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
That kick from Axe Man tenderised Jackson's leg. Jackson is trying to keep his angry face on.
Jackson looks winded!

Axe Man closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Jackson crashing to the mat! Jackson uses the cage to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!
Jackson misses the jab.
Axe Man lands a head kick that sends Jackson down! Jackson is flopping around the mat trying to get back up, leaving the referee no choice but to wave off the fight! Axe Man is victorious!
