Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Seamon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Landen Connell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Connell is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ain't No Rest for The Wicked. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Christopher Seamon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Landen Connell! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Paul Gruel and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Connell gets the takedown into side control. Seamon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Connell wants to lay and pray for a moment but Seamon keeps working. The strikes coming from Connell are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Seamon tries to strike but it doesn't land. Connell stands up. Connell misses with a wild combination.
Christopher Seamon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Connell moves into the clinch. Seamon takes a shot to the head. Seamon jumps guard but Connell stands there with Seamon around his waist. Seamon gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Connell breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Seamon gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Connell counters with a thumping low kick. The fight moves into the clinch position. Connell successfully pulls guard.
Connell has his hands on Seamon's head, controlling the position. Connell striking off his back but it's not causing Seamon any problems.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Connell is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Seamon is controlling him. Connell keeping moving, preventing Seamon from controlling successfully. Seamon throws a strike but Connell rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Connell loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Connell advances position into side control! Connell working away. Connell stands up and beckons Seamon to his feet. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Seamon with a lazy takedown attempt and Connell counters with a low kick, right behind Seamon 's knee. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Christopher Seamon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Seamon stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Connell. Connell looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Connell gets a takedown into half guard. Seamon trying to control but Connell postures up.
Connell decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Connell fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Seamon, pushing him back against the cage. Connell gets a trip takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Seamon is refusing to be controlled, as Connell sits in half guard. Connell wants to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Connell is keen to just control but Seamon is a slippery customer. Connell decides to stand up. Seamon looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Connell is fending him off so far but Seamon persists. Nope, Connell circles away and we're back to standing. Connell is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Seamon's half guard. Connell frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Connell blocks Seamon's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Connell trying to control but he's not successful this time. Connell lands with some strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Landen Connell dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Seamon shoots and misses enabling Connell to counter with a crisp jab. Connell lands a nice leg kick that just misses Seamon's sensitive parts. Seamon closes this distance looking for a takedown but Connell circles away. Connell fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Seamon sprawls well initially but Connell persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Connell lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Connell works his foot free and advances to mount. Connell controlling the position easily from mount. Seamon really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

That's one minute gone in the round. Connell lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Connell raining down hammerfists from mount. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Connell softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Seamon is out cold! Connell jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Landen Connell! Landen Connell seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
