Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cletus Starnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ned Gein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Cletus Starnes! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ned Gein! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Starnes misses with a low kick.
Starnes dives in and grabs Gein's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gein pushes down on Starnes's head and hops out. Starnes with a lazy takedown attempt and Gein counters with a takedown into side control. Gein tries to advance to mount but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gein tries for a kimura but Starnes is defending well. Gein in side control, just content to control the action for now. Gein is looking to take a break and control but Starnes is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gein has knee on belly and moves into mount. Gein controlling his opponent. Starnes is looking to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gein with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
Gein wants to control the pace but Starnes is squirming around nicely. Gein has hold of Starnes's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Starnes manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Starnes regains half guard. Gein passes the guard and advances to mount! Gein prevents Starnes from getting the reversal.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Starnes prevents Gein from taking his back. Gein wants to take his opponent's back but instead Starnes manages to regain half guard. Gein prevents Starnes from improving his position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Gein is taking a breather. Starnes says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Gein seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Starnes has recovered full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ned Gein dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Gein shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Starnes as he avoids it easily. Starnes has a takedown stuffed. Gein fails with an attempt to clinch.
Gein slaps away a takedown attempt from Starnes, before circling back to the center of the mat. Starnes has his takedown stuffed and Gein holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cletus Starnes. That's going to take a lot out of him. Starnes misses with a hook from the clinch. Gein breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Cletus Starnes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gein moves into range and clinches up with Starnes. Starnes blocks an elbow strike from Gein.
Gein keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Starnes's efforts to push away. Gein works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gein trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Gein trying to control but Starnes is working from the bottom. Starnes controls Gein momentarily but Gein frees himself. Starnes is looking to sweep but instead, Gein has passed into half guard.
Gein seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Starnes does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Starnes trying to hold on to Gein's head to control him but Gein postures up.
Ned Gein has got the better of the ground game so far. Starnes is trying to stand up here but Gein is controlling him well. Gein is looking for a kimura here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Gein wants to pass the guard but Starnes is defending well. Gein is keen to just control but Starnes is a slippery customer. Gein missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Starnes works his way to full guard. Good work. Gein wants to control from the top but Starnes keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gein passes into half guard. Gein trying to control the action but Starnes is working from the bottom. Gein is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Gein looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ned Gein showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Gein checks a leg kick. Starnes throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Starnes shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gein as he avoids it easily. Starnes is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gein sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Starnes goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Gein tries to close the distance and clinch up but Starnes swats him away and circles back towards the center. Gein moves in looking to clinch but Starnes pushes him off. Gein stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gein wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cletus Starnes. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gein blocks the body kick.
Gein tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Starnes paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gein is looking to clinch but Starnes is avoiding it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Starnes. Gein does a little dance to reset his feet. Starnes avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round. Gein tries to clinch but Starnes is having none of it. Gein tries to close the distance and clinch up but Starnes swats him away and circles back towards the center. Gein keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gein moves into range and clinches up with Starnes. With the fighters up against the cage, Gein throws an elbow but misses. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Gein just misses with a elbow thrown towards Starnes's brow. Gein breaks the clinch.
Starnes with a lazy takedown attempt and Gein counters by moving into the clinch. Starnes takes an elbow to the temple.
It looks like Cletus Starnes has been cut. Gein creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Starnes's defenses. Starnes takes an elbow to the forehead. A nice glancing elbow lands by Gein. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Starnes is trying to drag Gein to the mat but Gein just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Gein lands an elbow inside that Starnes shrugs off. Cletus Starnes has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. A nice glancing elbow lands by Gein. Gein taking a breather. Gein gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. This has been an exciting period of action! Gein lands an elbow just above Starnes 's eye. Gein has hold of one of Starnes's legs. Starnes is fighting the takedown attempt but Gein gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Gein slips nicely into half guard. Ned Gein is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Gein wants to pass the guard but Starnes is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gein passes the guard and advances to mount! Gein looking to control and managing it successfully. Gein trying to control but Starnes is having none of it. Gein might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Starnes haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Starnes defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Gein. Gein fails to take his opponent's back.
And that's the end of the fight! Ned Gein comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Gein has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
