Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kuma Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noel Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Nelson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Sound of Silence. Smith has chosen Duality - Slipknot as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kuma Nelson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
25 - 11 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Noel Smith!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith blocks the body kick.
Nelson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Noel Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nelson cracks Smith with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Smith throws a shot from downtown. Nelson moves away and avoids it.
Smith throws a leg kick but Nelson moved away.
Smith has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Nelson throws a good cross that connects.
Nelson thuds his shin into the meat of Smith's side.
Nelson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Smith.
A swing and a miss from Smith.
Nelson goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nelson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Nelson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Smith throws out the jab.
Smith throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Nelson counter with a right hand.
Smith throws a hook to the side of Nelson's head but Nelson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Nelson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Smith manages to avoid it.
Smith misses with a body shot
and Nelson makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Nelson.
A nice inside leg kick there by Nelson. That's going to slow Smith down.
Nelson tests Smith's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Nelson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nelson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Smith. Smith circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Smith is rocked!
BOOM! Nelson lands a beautiful left hook that drops Smith. Smith tries to recover but Nelson is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Smith lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kuma Nelson!
A relieved looking Kuma Nelson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
