McDonald comes to the cage accompanied by Kryptic Minds & Leon Switch - No Remorse . Ahkenaton has chosen Sweet Taste of India as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Nate McDonald has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahkenaton tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
McDonald lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ahkenaton circles away quickly and effectively.

Ahkenaton decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Ahkenaton working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
