The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor takes a jab right on the kisser.
Taylor tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Molay was well out of range. Poor timing from Taylor.
Molay scores with a jab.
Molay throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Nice body punch from Molay.
Taylor jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Molay works the jab nicely.

and Molay decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Taylor's guard.

Taylor wants to get back to his feet but Molay is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Molay is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Taylor is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Jacques De Molay wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Taylor tries to clinch there but Molay circles away.

Molay is looking to clinch but Taylor is avoiding it.
Molay displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Taylor throws out the jab.
Molay looks to land a left hand but Taylor moved out of range nicely.
