Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Maxwell Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and B Ron Trilliss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maxwell Alexander looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trilliss wants to slow Alexander down by chopping away at his legs.
Trilliss darts in looking for a takedown but Alexander gets double underhooks and turns Trilliss into the cage.
Trilliss pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Alexander dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Alexander has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Trilliss.
Trilliss is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Trilliss misses with a two punch combination.

and Alexander counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Trilliss working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Alexander doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Trilliss is tightening it up a little... Alexander has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Alexander reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Alexander taps out! Nice BJJ there by Trilliss!

After the fight, B Ron Trilliss was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
