The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wishibalov looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sepulveda is fending him off so far but Wishibalov persists. Nope, Sepulveda circles away and we're back to standing.
Wishibalov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wishibalov fails in his attempt to clinch.
Horrible takedown by Wishibalov or perhaps it was just good defense by Sepulveda which made him look bad.
Wishibalov shoots in and drives through. Sepulveda sprawls well.
Justin Sepulveda has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maxim Wishibalov.

Wishibalov gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Wishibalov tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Sepulveda is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
