Dufinbeger has chosen Steppin Stone as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Razor Maya has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dufinbeger throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Maya throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Stefano Dufinbeger has been cut.

Dufinbeger takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Maya connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Dufinbeger's hands.
Maya moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Dufinbeger takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Maya bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Maya explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Maya wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Maya scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Maya.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dufinbeger takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
A jab lands there for Maya.
Maya clobbers Dufinbeger with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Dufinbeger is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Maya throws a monster overhand right that drops Dufinbeger! Maya follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Razor Maya!
Razor Maya retains his heavyweight title!
