Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Budo Rei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aran Schmeck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rei kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Alice in Chains - No Excuses. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rei throws out a leg kick but Schmeck moves out of range and Rei only half commits.
Rei is looking to chop away at Schmeck's legs.
A looping hook to the body misses from Rei. Schmeck does a little dance to reset his feet.
Rei misses with a wild combination.
Schmeck fails with an attempt to clinch.

Rei throws a hook to the side of Schmeck's head but Schmeck sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Rei throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Rei struggles to land a body shot inside as Schmeck controls his hands.

Rei misses with a knee strike.
Rei swings wildly with an uppercut but Schmeck uses good head movement to avoid it.
Rei tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Rei drops Schmeck with a big knee straight up the middle! Schmeck is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Rei throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Schmeck on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Rei misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Schmeck avoids the head kick by Rei.
A slapping leg kick lands for Rei.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rei lands a big right hook! Schmeck looks hurt but is still standing! Rei lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Schmeck falls down and Rei dives in with a huge hammer fist! Schmeck's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Rei runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!

A very excited looking Budo Rei made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
