The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
El Johnson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hinds.
Hinds lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

El Johnson shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Hinds shoots in and drives through. El Johnson sprawls well.

Hinds throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. El Johnson was covering up waiting for the punch and Hinds finishes the takedown easily into guard.
El Johnson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

El Johnson is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
