Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donzel Fortunado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lobsta Mang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fortunado comes to the cage accompanied by Bob Dylan-Knockin' on Heaven's Door . Mang has chosen Damn It Feels Good To Be A Lobsta as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
28 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Donzel Fortunado! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Lobsta Mang! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Chris Saunders and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mang fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Fortunado looks to throw the jab but Mang is out of range. Fortunado tries to clinch but Mang moves away and Mang makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Fortunado tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mang swats him away and circles back towards the center. Mang keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Nice uppercut there from Fortunado. A slow jab from Mang misses its intended target. A big right from Fortunado misses. Fortunado avoids a lazy jab quite easily. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mang misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fortunado.
Fortunado with a body punch. A glancing blow. Fortunado throws a hook but Mang blocks it. Fortunado tries to bum rush Mang with a series of wild strikes but Mang uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Donzel Fortunado seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fortunado misses with a kick to the body.
Mang takes a shot right to the bread basket.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fortunado tests Mang's chin there with a solid looking shot. Fortunado misses with a looping left. Fortunado tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Mang manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Mang steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Fortunado. That one must have hurt. Mang slips a jab and a cross from Fortunado.

Fortunado throws a lazy right hand but Mang sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Fortunado rushes Mang and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. A short right from Mang on the inside. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mang breaks the clinch.
Mang throws a lazy right hand but Fortunado sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Fortunado lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mang is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
It looks like Lobsta Mang has been cut. Fortunado lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Fortunado darts in trying to clinch and Fortunado takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Fortunado lands a jab to the nose. Fortunado is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Fortunado misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mang.

and Mang counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Mang with a flurry of punches that miss. Mang throwing strikes but missing. Mang drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mang jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mang postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Mang trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Mang wants to control from the top but Fortunado keeps moving. Mang postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Mang is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Mang has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Mang throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mang stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fortunado swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mang in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Fortunado will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Mang controls from within his opponent's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fortunado keeping moving, preventing Mang from controlling successfully. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The ref stands the fighters back up. Lobsta Mang was stalling too much, according to the referee. Fortunado takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fortunado swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
It looks like Fortunado has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him. Nice uppercut lands for Fortunado. That snapped Mang's head back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Donzel Fortunado dominated that round. The cut man is working on Lobsta Mang's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Fortunado lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Fortunado thows a leg kick but Mang checks it and Mang cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Donzel Fortunado has been cut. Donzel Fortunado is winning the standup battle so far. Fortunado throws out a powerful jab. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mang dives in and grabs Fortunado's left leg, looking for a takedown. Fortunado pushes down on Mang's head and hops out. Fortunado is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Fortunado lands with a nice body punch. Fortunado throws a push kick but Mang slaps the foot to one side. Fortunado lands a jab to the nose. Fortunado lands a left and a right that send Mang crashing to the mat, dazed. Fortunado thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Mang is rocked! Mang misses with a wild body shot. Mang is still on wobbly legs! Can Fortunado finish him? Mang switches off momentarily and Fortunado cracks him with a monster right hand! Mang topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Fortunado dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Fortunado!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Donzel Fortunado! After winning the bout, Donzel Fortunado thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
