Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sam Suffi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryan Nickoson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nickoson has chosen Eye of the Tiger as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suffi throws a series of punches but Nickoson moves out of range.
Nickoson clinches up with Suffi and pushes him back against the cage.
Suffi works on Nickoson's body with a couple of short punches.
Suffi avoids a wild elbow strike from Nickoson.
Suffi avoiding damage as Nickoson throws knees to the body.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Suffi.
Nickoson is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Nickoson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Suffi walks away with a smile on his face. Nickoson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Nickoson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Suffi lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Nickoson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Suffi's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nickoson passes into half guard.
Nickoson looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Nickoson passes to full mount!
Suffi tries to hold on but Nickoson postures up.
Suffi is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Nickoson locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Suffi is forced to tap!

A very excited looking Bryan Nickoson made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
