Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson comes to the cage accompanied by White Reflection by Two Mix. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Stone! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stone sprawls well initially but Johnson persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Stone wants to get back to full guard. Johnson trying to control the action but Stone is working from the bottom.
Johnson stands up and beckons Stone to join him on the feet. Stone misses with a hook. Johnson ducked under it nicely. Stone moves in looking to clinch but Johnson pushes him off.
Johnson drives through and clinches with Stone against the cage.
Stone goes for a takedown in the clinch but Johnson prevents it.
Stone gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Johnson regains guard.
Johnson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Stone wants to get back to full guard. Johnson wants to pass to mount but Stone is defending the position. Stone wants to control but Johnson is keeping busy and won't allow it. Johnson lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Stone blocking the ground and pound attempt from Johnson.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Stone is refusing to be controlled, as Johnson sits in half guard. Stone gets full guard. Stone has his hands on Johnson's head, controlling the position. Johnson working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Stone's head. Johnson trying to control but Stone is working from the bottom. Johnson throwing strikes but missing. Stone looking to control.
Johnson postures up in Stone's guard and throws a big left but Stone blocks it. Johnson trying to control the position from guard on top but Stone is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
 The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Stone cracks Johnson with a good jab.

It looks like Mike Johnson has been cut.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters circling - Stone throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Johnson fails with a takedown attempt. Stone throws a hook to the side of Johnson's head but Johnson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Stone keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Johnson gets a clinch. Stone has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Johnson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Johnson decides to pull guard. Stone won't allow Johnson to sweep him here. Johnson has momentary wrist control but Stone slips an elbow through the middle. Stone preventing the sweep. Johnson is breathing heavily. Johnson looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Stone puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Stone is tying to control. Johnson wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Stone with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Johnson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Johnson tries to move into range but Stone moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Stone misses with a hook. Johnson ducked under it nicely. Johnson shoots in and drives through. Stone sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice defenses there by Johnson. Paul Stone is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Stone loads up on a big right hand but Johnson slips the punch. Stone looks to clinch
and Johnson counters with a nice double leg into guard. Johnson postures up in Stone's guard and throws a big left but Stone blocks it. Stone keeping moving, preventing Johnson from controlling successfully.
Stone kicks Johnson off and gets to his feet.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Nice sprawl there from Stone as Johnson shoots in. Johnson slips under a jab. Stone swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Stone scores with a jab to the jaw. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stone missing with a left hand there. Johnson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Stone throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Johnson sees it coming and avoids it easily. Johnson moves out of range as Stone strikes. Stone tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Johnson counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Johnson is tying to control. Stone wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Johnson stops Stone from getting back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Johnson works his way into full mount! Johnson unloading with bombs! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Paul Stone will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Mike Johnson's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Johnson tightens his grip and picks Stone up, before dumping him to the ground. Stone manages to land in guard. Johnson trying to control the position from guard on top but Stone is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stone avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Johnson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Johnson thows a big elbow that misses. Johnson controlling from the top position. Johnson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Stone working a defensive guard here.
Johnson trying to control but Stone is working from the bottom. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Stone looking for a sweep. Not yet Stone, not yet.

 Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Stone throws out a loose jab but Johnson uses good head movement to avoid it. Stone looks to land a left hand but Johnson moved out of range nicely. Stone waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Johnson. Stone darts in trying to clinch
and Johnson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Stone is not content to let Johnson control the position. Stone is looking to control Johnson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Stone avoid being mounted? Stone tries to roll over but Johnson keeps him under control. Stone wants to control but Johnson is keeping busy and won't allow it.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Stone moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Johnson lands a couple of decent looking shots. Stone avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Johnson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Johnson is looking to take a break and control but Stone is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Johnson lands a nice short elbow.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Stone tries to lock up and control but Johnson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Johnson with a couple of short strikes. Stone is wriggling around trying to escape.
Johnson breaks from Stone's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Johnson is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Stone is surviving well by controlling Johnson's body position as best he can. Stone bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Johnson tries to land a sweep but no joy.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone is pushing down on Johnson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Johnson is fighting to maintain full guard but Stone has managed to sneak the leg through. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stone is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Stone trying to control but he's not successful this time. Stone takes Johnson's back. Johnson is trying to break free.
Stone punishes Johnson with strikes from the back mount. Johnson tries to escape the position.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Johnson manages to reverse the position and now he's in Stone's guard. Nice work there by Johnson.

Mike Johnson dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Mike Johnson's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

and Johnson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Stone on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Johnson slips a nice elbow through Stone's hands, connecting with Stone's forehead.
Johnson is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Johnson moves nicely into side control. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Johnson working the ground and pound.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson lands a nice forearm strike. Stone is not content to let Johnson control the position. Johnson landing a few strikes.
Johnson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Johnson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Stone sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Johnson is looking to pass Stone's guard but actually Stone recovers to full guard. Stone throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Stone preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Connects with an elbow from the bottom, proving to the judges that he's still active off his back.
Stone escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Johnson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Stone is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Stone is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Johnson connects with a couple of short punches. Mike Johnson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Stone working a defensive guard here.
Stone can't keep his opponent in guard - Johnson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Stone moves into full guard.
Johnson lands a couple of elbows. Johnson cracks Stone with a solid left hand. Stone working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Johnson. Stone is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Stone lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Johnson! Johnson is trying to escape the mount.
Stone working for a submission but Johnson is keeping him at bay.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Johnson wants to hold on but Stone pushes him away. Johnson is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Stone looking to secure an arm triangle but Johnson defends it well. Stone controlling the position easily from mount. Johnson is working to get back to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mike Johnson. I think Johnson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
