The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crew has managed to clinch.
Lawson is fighting off a takedown attempt but Crew is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Lawson to the mat. Lawson regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Lawson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Crew can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Crew stands and steps away. Lawson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
