Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Michael McCready (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bjornigin Xian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michael McCready has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCready looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Xian is fending him off so far but McCready persists. Nope, Xian circles away and we're back to standing.
McCready tries for a takedown but Xian sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
McCready misses with a wild combination.
Xian feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Xian seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
McCready wants to improve his position but instead Xian has moved into half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
McCready is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Xian knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Xian for a finish.
McCready is persistently looking for the submission but Xian is defending it well.
McCready doesn't have the hooks in and Xian manages to turn into his guard.

Bjornigin Xian comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Xian has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
