The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cu connects with a right hand. Van Dijk shakes it off.
It looks like Nick Van Dijk has been cut.
Cu throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Cu scores with a shot to the body.
Van Dijk on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Van Dijk seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Van Dijk takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Van Dijk takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Cu tries to land a body kick
and Van Dijk counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cu wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Van Dijk is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Cu defends it well.
Van Dijk is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Cu is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
