Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jason Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tristan Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kennedy has chosen My Way as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jason Freeman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tristan Kennedy! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Eddie Farnsworth and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Freeman has closed the distance and engaged Kennedy in a clinch.
Kennedy landing knees to the body.
Freeman turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Freeman is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Kennedy has escaped the position, nice work there. Kennedy wants to get back to his feet. Freeman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Freeman sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Kennedy is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Freeman scoring with punches from side control. Kennedy struggling a bit here. Kennedy is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Freeman's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Kennedy tries to get to full guard but Freeman has control of the leg. Freeman is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's one minute gone in the round. Freeman is looking for a kimura here.
Kennedy pushes Freeman off looking to stand but Freeman dives back in and keeps control.
Freeman wants to work for an arm triangle but Kennedy is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Freeman is breathing heavily. Kennedy has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Freeman is working away from the top position though. Kennedy landing strikes from the bottom. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Kennedy is defending against the submission attempts here by Freeman.
Kennedy manages to get to full guard.
Kennedy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Freeman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kennedy is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Freeman won't allow Kennedy to get back to his feet. Freeman sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kennedy's guard. Kennedy wants to get back to his feet.
Freeman wants to work for an arm triangle but Kennedy is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Freeman is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kennedy defends it well. Freeman is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kennedy doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Freeman. Freeman is looking for a kimura but Kennedy is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Freeman to get the leverage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kennedy is in trouble now - Freeman has advanced to mount! Freeman lands a heavy elbow. Freeman goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Kennedy is on top in guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Freeman is on top in guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Freeman accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Kennedy looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Kennedy is trying to stand and escape. In the scramble, Freeman has locked hold of an arm and he's managed to lock on an armbar - Kennedy taps out instantly and this one is all over!
