Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Swe Dish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nycky Downtime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Downtime has chosen Bring It as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Swe Dish! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nycky Downtime! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Summer Carpenter and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dish tries to clinch up but Downtime circles away and keeps his distance. Dish throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Downtime circles away from the clinch attempt and Downtime moves into the clinch. Downtime with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Downtime with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Dish can't find room to land a body shot as Downtime controls the action.
Dish pulls guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Downtime pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dish is keeping the position for now. Dish manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Dish scoring with strikes but Downtime is staying in there. This has been an exciting period of action! Downtime is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dish prevents Downtime from getting the reversal. Dish controlling from mount. Dish looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Downtime can't escape the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dish has hold of Downtime's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Downtime manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Downtime is looking to get to half guard. Dish trying to control but he's not successful this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Downtime working to try and regain half guard.
Downtime takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Downtime tries to get back to half guard but can't. Downtime is still trying to improve position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dish tries to control but Downtime wriggling away. Downtime tries to lock up and control but Dish gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Dish controlling the position easily from mount. Dish looking for a guillotine from mount but Downtime is having none of it. Dish scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Downtime?
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Swe Dish dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Downtime misses with an uppercut. Dish saw that one coming. Dish pushes Downtime up against the cage in a clinch. Dish slows down the pace here.
Dish lands an elbow just above Downtime 's eye. Downtime wants to take the fight to the mat but Dish manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Dish avoiding damage as Downtime throws knees to the body.
Dish wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Downtime has him pressed against the cage. Dish lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Downtime trying to land knees to the body.
Dish blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Dish trying to stall but Downtime improves his position.
Downtime lands a good knee to the midsection. Dish won't want to take too many of those. Dish misses with a shot to the kidneys.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dish tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Downtime is looking to control Dish's arms but Dish gets an underhook and turns him. Now Downtime has his back to the cage. Downtime is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Dish is defending well for now. Downtime has Dish pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Downtime pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Dish tumbling to the mat - Downtime dives into Dish's guard. Downtime trying to control the position from guard on top but Dish is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dish trying to control the position.
We've been hearing good reports from Dish's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Dish has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Downtime has passed into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Downtime throwing shots but missing, from side control. Dish gets back to half guard. Dish looking for a kimura from the bottom but Downtime passes into side control! Dish is trying to improve his position. Downtime lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Dish wants to get back to his feet. Downtime in side control, throwing shots but Dish defends. Dish is looking to regain half guard here but Downtime keeps moving and retains side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Downtime goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Dish has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Downtime but great work by Dish. Swe Dish overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Downtime on the wrong end of some ground and pound. This has been an exciting period of action! Dish wants to control for a moment but Downtime uses the opportunity to move back to half guard. Downtime trying to hold on to Dish's head to control him but Dish postures up.
Downtime wants to improve his position but Dish is controlling well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Downtime trying to control here.

Nycky Downtime showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Dish moves to clinch but Downtime breaks away and Downtime holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Dish tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Downtime just stands there and leans against the cage. Downtime has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Dish avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Dish tries for a takedown. No joy.
Downtime wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Dish has him pressed against the cage. Dish misses with an elbow strike.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Dish as Downtime tries to tie him up. Downtime lands an elbow that stopped Dish in his tracks for a moment. Dish stops a takedown attempt from Downtime.
Nycky Downtime seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Downtime drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Dish gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Swe Dish has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nycky Downtime. Dish has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Downtime after a bit of a struggle.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dish tries to close the distance and clinch up but Downtime swats him away and circles back towards the center. Dish throws a sloppy head kick and Downtime moves out of range easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dish looks to score with a jab to the body but Downtime is just out of range. Dish swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Downtime is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Dish is trying to pull guard but Downtime has him pressed against the cage. With the fighters up against the cage, Dish throws an elbow but misses. Downtime jumps guard but Dish turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Dish looking to throw knees to the head but Downtime is blocking nicely.
Dish jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Downtime walks away with a smile on his face. Dish gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Downtime scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Dish doesn't seem bothered though. Downtime lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Swe Dish has been cut. Downtime tries a head kick but it misses.
A nice combination there by Dish.
That's four minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Downtime shoots and misses and Dish makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Dish tries to close the distance and clinch but Downtime swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Dish throws a head kick that misses. Swe Dish is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dish tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Downtime manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Dish tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Downtime paws at him with a jab and circles away. Downtime with a hook. Downtime will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dish tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Dish closes the distance and clinches. Dish breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Nycky Downtime. I think Downtime has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
