Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hal Gibson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gibson comes to the cage accompanied by Indestructible by Disturbed. Rafael Santos will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibson shoots in but Santos avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Santos ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Santos no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Santos throws his legs up looking for a submission but Gibson uses it to pass to side control.

Gibson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Santos finds it's way round the side to connect with Gibson's head.

Gibson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Santos tries to avoid it but Gibson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Santos to the ground. Santos escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gibson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Santos is fending him off so far but Gibson persists. Nope, Santos circles away and we're back to standing.
Hal Gibson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Santos fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gibson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Gibson takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Santos lands with a straight right. Gibson didn't see that one coming.
Santos lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Santos lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Gibson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Santos wants to clinch up but Gibson keeps it at a distance.
Santos shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Santos was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Gibson stays in close to Santos's body and controls the position.

Gibson is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Santos is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
