The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gesta has taken the fight to the clinch.
Gesta tries to work over Fergisson's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Gesta fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Gesta throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Fergisson tries to score a body lock takedown but Gesta shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Gesta prevents the takedown attempt.
Gesta lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Gesta throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Fergissons head.
Gesta stalling the fight.
Fergisson has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Gesta is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Ismael Gesta has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Turd Fergisson.
Fergisson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Gesta avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Gesta struggles to land a body shot inside as Fergisson controls his hands.
Fergisson is trying to trip Gesta. He has hold of a leg but Gesta is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Fergisson persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Gesta has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Fergisson is working away from the top position though.

Fergisson is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Fergisson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Fergisson is trying for a kimura here. Gesta looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Fergisson wins by kimura!
