Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Soku Geiger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Mewes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jason Mewes has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Soku Geiger's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Soku Geiger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jason Mewes! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Micheangelo Fripello and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Geiger lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Mewes throws a right and a left that Geiger avoids nicely. Geiger takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Mewes lands with an overhand left. Geiger shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mewes defends it nicely. Geiger throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. A left and a right from Geiger both land. Nice combination. Mewes missing with a left hand there. Geiger was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Mewes misses with a low kick.

Geiger takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Geiger shoots in for a takedown but Mewes shows good takedown defense. Geiger tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mewes swats him away and circles back towards the center. Mewes looks to land a right hand but Geiger moved out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mewes swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Geiger shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mewes defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Soku Geiger. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mewes lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Geiger tries to land a body kick and Mewes counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Mewes swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Mewes lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Geiger with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Mewes to score with a decent uppercut. Mewes has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Mewes throws a leg kick but Geiger sees it coming and moves out of range. Geiger looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Mewes lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Geiger pulls out of a head kick attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mewes throws a leg kick but Geiger sees it coming and checks it nicely. Mewes misses with a leg kick. Geiger tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Geiger moves into the clinch. Mewes is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mewes wants to break free but Geiger has control.

Mewes's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Geiger blocks a jab. Geiger lands a body shot.
Mewes moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Mewes slips a straight right by Geiger. Mewes connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Mewes blocks a head kick by Geiger.
Mewes throws a big shot that misses. Mewes is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Geiger had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mewes buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Geiger fails with the takedown. Geiger is breathing heavily. Mewes swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Geiger. Geiger throws a leg kick that misses. Mewes listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Mewes tries a low kick but Geiger avoids it. A shot to the liver by Mewes. Beautiful body shot. Geiger avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Mewes throws the left hand but Geiger avoids the punch easily. Mewes moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Mewes scores with a three punch combo!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Geiger looks to land a combination. Mewes sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Mewes misses with a straight left.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A cross from Mewes lands. Geiger takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Geiger throws a half hearted mid kick. Geiger fails with an attempt to clinch.
Mewes misses with a looping right. Geiger moves away from the strike by Mewes. Mewes jabbing away but nothing is landing. Mewes wants to slow Geiger down by chopping away at his legs. Geiger rushes Mewes and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Mewes wants to break the clinch but can't.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Geiger. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Geiger keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Mewes's efforts to push away. Geiger is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Mewes gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Mewes escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jason Mewes dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Geiger on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Mewes throws a low kick but it's checked well by Geiger. Mewes pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. The fight moves into the clinch position. Geiger scores a nice knee to the body.
Geiger tries for a takedown but Mewes manages to get underhooks.
Geiger changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Mewes fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Geiger checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Mewes's corner calls for a 1-2. Mewes obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Geiger shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mewes sprawls well. Mewes wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Geiger gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Soku Geiger. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mewes throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Geiger stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Jason Mewes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Geiger clinches. Mewes is trying to force a seperation but Geiger has the dominant position. Geiger prevents Mewes from breaking the clinch. Mewes breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Mewes tests Geiger's chin there with a solid looking shot. A combination from Mewes does no damage. Mewes lands with a straight right. Geiger didn't see that one coming. Mewes connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Geiger blocks a leg kick. Mewes throws a series of strikes that have Geiger backpedaling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Geiger walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Geiger tries a head kick but it misses.
Mewes waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Geiger. A head kick from Geiger lands but Mewes takes it in his stride. Mewes throws a leg kick but Geiger moved away. Mewes throws a leg kick but Geiger moved away. Geiger closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mewes to the mat! Mewes manages to get full guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Geiger postures up in Mewes's guard and throws a big left but Mewes blocks it. Mewes controls Geiger momentarily but Geiger frees himself. Geiger wants to control from the top but Mewes keeps moving. Geiger got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mewes has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Geiger has managed to get both his arms back between Mewes's legs - danger averted.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Geiger decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Mewes lands with a hook. Geiger tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Geiger shoots in looking for a takedown but Mewes manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Geiger's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. A looping hook to the body misses from Geiger. Mewes does a little dance to reset his feet. Nice body punch from Mewes. Mewes scores with a jab. Geiger acknowledges it with a nod of the head. A decent looking body kick lands there for Geiger. Geiger gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Geiger prevents Mewes from breaking the clinch. Mewes wants to get back to striking at distance but Geiger won't allow it.
We've been informed that Mewes has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Geiger is looking to break free of the clinch but Mewes has double underhooks. Mewes is trying to force a seperation but Geiger has the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mewes breaks the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Nice jab there from Mewes. Mewes jabs Geiger right on the nose. Geiger blinks but takes it well. Mewes throws a shot from downtown. Geiger moves away and avoids it. Geiger lands with a slapping head kick. Donk. Mewes catches Geiger right on the button with a cross. Geiger avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Nice shot lands for Mewes. Mewes cracks Geiger with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Geiger is rocked! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Mewes smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Oh Geiger is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Excellent takedown into side control there by Geiger. Mewes is trying to control Geiger's posture but Geiger avoids it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jason Mewes showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Mewes throws a right and a left that both miss. Geiger seems to have got his legs back now. Soku Geiger is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Geiger fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Geiger throws a low kick, looking for Mewes's leg but Mewes calmly moves out of range. Nice shot lands for Mewes. Geiger pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Geiger takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. An inside leg kick lands from Mewes. Mewes connects with a crisp jab. Mewes keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Geiger looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Geiger looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Mewes lands a big right hand that sends Geiger crashing to the mat! Mewes stays standing though and waves Geiger back to his feet! Mewes is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mewes closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Geiger! Mewes dives in looking to finish! Geiger is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jason Mewes! Jason Mewes decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
