Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kalle Natsisiwa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerome Le Banner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kalle Natsisiwa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jerome Le Banner! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Dmitry Maklakov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Banner keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Natsisiwa. Jab, jab by Natsisiwa - just one landing. Banner takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. A decent looking cross lands there for Natsisiwa. Banner gets a clinch. Banner tries for a takedown but Natsisiwa manages to get underhooks.
A short left from Natsisiwa. A nice right hand lands inside from Banner.
It looks like Kalle Natsisiwa has been cut. Banner changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Natsisiwa fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Natsisiwa displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Banner. Kalle Natsisiwa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jerome Le Banner. Natsisiwa throws out a loose jab but Banner uses good head movement to avoid it. Banner has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Banner tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Natsisiwa defends well and Banner ends up having to push Natsisiwa into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. This has been an exciting period of action! Banner escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Natsisiwa lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Natsisiwa throws a right hand that Banner ducks under and follows up with a left that Banner also avoids with ease. Natsisiwa misses with the combination.

That's one minute gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Natsisiwa. No joy for Banner on that attempt. Natsisiwa misses with a hook. Banner ducked under it nicely. Banner takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Natsisiwa lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Natsisiwa. Banner changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Natsisiwa tries to avoid it but Banner manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Natsisiwa to the ground. Natsisiwa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A big left from Natsisiwa misses. Banner tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Natsisiwa swivels and escapes. Natsisiwa throws an overhand right that lands on Banner's shoulder, as Banner tries to avoid the shot. Natsisiwa lands with a shot to the body. Banner fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Natsisiwa avoids it really well and circles away. Natsisiwa jabs at Banner's body. Natsisiwa throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Banner fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Natsisiwa to the ground. Banner is now in Natsisiwa's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Natsisiwa pulls Banner in close to prevent any damage. Banner sitting in guard, not really doing much. Natsisiwa looking for a sweep. Not yet Natsisiwa, not yet. Natsisiwa is working hard here to advance position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Banner uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Natsisiwa. Natsisiwa dips to his left and cracks Banner with an uppercut! Natsisiwa throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Banner closes the distance and clinches. Banner looking for a takedown. Banner is trying to break free. Natsisiwa misses with a punch to the body.
Banner prevents a body shot from Natsisiwa. Banner is trying to trip Natsisiwa. He has hold of a leg but Natsisiwa is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Banner persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Natsisiwa is pulling down on Banner's head. It's preventing any offense from Banner, at least for the moment. Natsisiwa trying to control the position.
Natsisiwa is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Bad Pluto! that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. Banner slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Banner throwing strikes from guard but Natsisiwa blocks nicely. Banner trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Banner is stalling in the full guard.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Banner drops his hands momentarily and Natsisiwa takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Natsisiwa throws an overhand right that lands on Banner's shoulder, as Banner tries to avoid the shot. Banner shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Natsisiwa's guard. Banner sitting in guard here, content to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Kalle Natsisiwa will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Kalle Natsisiwa's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Natsisiwa stuns Banner with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Banner fails with a takedown attempt. Natsisiwa with a jab. Banner shoots in but no luck this time. Natsisiwa misses with an uppercut. Banner saw that one coming. Banner shoots in but Natsisiwa avoids the takedown attempt easily. Kalle Natsisiwa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jerome Le Banner. A jab lands there for Natsisiwa. Natsisiwa misses with a jab, cross combination.
Banner tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Natsisiwa swivels and escapes. Natsisiwa cracks Banner with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Banner walks into a stiff left hand from Natsisiwa. Banner has a takedown stuffed.
That's one minute gone in the round. Natsisiwa lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Kalle Natsisiwa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Natsisiwa throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Natsisiwa digs a good body shot into Banner's ribs. Banner takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Natsisiwa stuns Banner with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Banner misses with a takedown and Natsisiwa counters with a two punch combo. Natsisiwa throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Banner on the side of the head. Kalle Natsisiwa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Natsisiwa is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Banner. Natsisiwa misses the shot to the body. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Natsisiwa!
No joy there for Natsisiwa, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Natsisiwa fails in his attempt to clinch. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A looping hook to the body misses from Banner. Natsisiwa does a little dance to reset his feet. Natsisiwa stuffs the takedown.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A left lands for Natsisiwa. Natsisiwa lands a jab to the head.
Banner shoots in and gets a takedown into Natsisiwa's guard. Natsisiwa not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Natsisiwa looking to hit a scissor sweep but Banner is one step ahead there. Banner sitting in guard, not really doing much. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Natsisiwa looking to control.
Kalle Natsisiwa has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Natsisiwa lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Natsisiwa. Banner ducks right into an uppercut from Natsisiwa. Banner throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Natsisiwa's waist but Natsisiwa gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Banner off to one side. Banner wants to clinch up but Natsisiwa keeps it at a distance. Banner lands a two punch combo.

Banner has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Banner there as he acknowledges the shot. Banner on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Banner shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Banner lands a couple of elbows. Jerome Le Banner has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Natsisiwa can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Banner controls the pace. Let's hope that Banner has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Jerome Le Banner hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Natsisiwa works Banner's body with a nice hook. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kalle Natsisiwa is winning the standup battle so far. Natsisiwa connects with the punch. Natsisiwa lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Natsisiwa misses the shot to the body. Natsisiwa throws a jab but it's blocked by Banner. Natsisiwa looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Banner fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Natsisiwa!
Banner throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Natsisiwa connects with a good right hand that stumbles Banner. Banner circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Banner shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Banner was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Check out the look on Banner's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

That's one minute gone in the round. Banner wants to lay and pray for a moment but Natsisiwa keeps working. A lull in the action here as Banner stalls from top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Banner's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Jerome Le Banner hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Banner misses with a takedown attempt - Natsisiwa sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A combination from Natsisiwa does no damage. Natsisiwa sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. A looping hook to the body misses from Natsisiwa. Banner does a little dance to reset his feet. Banner fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Banner takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Banner walks into a straight right hand from Natsisiwa. Banner moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Natsisiwa misses with a few strikes there.
Natsisiwa leaves Banner with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Banner has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Natsisiwa scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Banner doesn't seem bothered though. Natsisiwa fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Banner manages to avoid it. Banner shoots in looking for a takedown but Natsisiwa manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Banner's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Natsisiwa missing with a left hand there. Banner was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Banner keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Natsisiwa swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Banner takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Natsisiwa fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A big left from Natsisiwa misses. Natsisiwa jabbing away but nothing is landing. Jerome Le Banner has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kalle Natsisiwa is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Banner thows a left - swing and a miss!
And that's the end of the fight! Kalle Natsisiwa showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Natsisiwa, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
