Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boris Kharitonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kjell Dillon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dillon has chosen Pipes & Drums 1st Battalion Scots Guards as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Kjell Dillon enters the cage!

32 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kjell Dillon! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Paulo Santos and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dillon closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kharitonov quickly recovers to half guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Kharitonov keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. It looks like Kjell Dillon has been cut. Kharitonov moves away from the strike by Dillon. Dillon shoots in for a takedown from distance. Dillon steps back and let's Kharitonov get back to his feet. Dillon scores with a head kick. Kharitonov tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Dillon misses with a takedown attempt - Kharitonov sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Dillon fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kharitonov sprawls well initially but Dillon persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Dillon not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Dillon thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kharitonov is refusing to be controlled, as Dillon sits in half guard. Dillon is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Dillon thows a huge punch but Kharitonov dodges it nicely.

Danga de danga de dang - Kharitonov scores with a four punch combination! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dillon looking to score a takedown here. Kharitonov is defending well but Dillon drives through and ends up in Kharitonov's guard. Dillon throws a big right hand that misses. Dillon postures up in Kharitonov's guard and throws a big left but Kharitonov blocks it. Dillon is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Dillon works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Kharitonov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Dillon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Kjell Dillon is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kharitonov takes a body punch but keeps moving. Boris Kharitonov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dillon misses with a two punch combination.

Dillon dives in and grabs Kharitonov's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kharitonov pushes down on Dillon's head and hops out. Dillon misses with a few strikes there.
Kharitonov steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dillon. Kharitonov cracks Dillon with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

and Kharitonov counters with a two punch combo. The fight stays on the outside here - Kharitonov looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Sloppy strikes from Dillon. Those never looked like landing. Dillon lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Kharitonov backs up against the cage.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Dillon shoots in looking for a takedown. Kharitonov tries to sprawl out of it but Dillon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kharitonov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Boris Kharitonov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kjell Dillon. Kharitonov lands a jab-cross combination.
And that's the end of the fight! Boris Kharitonov showed his dominance in that final round. I think Dillon has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
