Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rane Kingi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janusz Lanus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Janusz Lanus has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rane Kingi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Janusz Lanus! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lanus tries to clinch up and Kingi counters with a leg kick. Lanus connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Kingi waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Lanus. Lanus throws a head kick that misses. Lanus looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Kingi swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kingi looks to score with a jab to the body but Lanus is just out of range. Kingi uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lanus.
Kingi scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Kingi listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Lanus throws a nice looking combination but Kingi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Kingi misses with a double jab.
Kingi circles away from the clinch attempt and Kingi counters with a lovely straight right hand! Lanus moves to clinch but Kingi breaks away and Kingi counters with a nice leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kingi takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Lanus darts in trying to clinch and Kingi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Lanus blocks the body kick.
Kingi misses with a straight right. Lanus takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Nice body kick from Kingi. Kingi circles away from the clinch attempt and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Kingi connects with an inside leg kick. Nice defenses there by Kingi. Janusz Lanus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kingi with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Kingi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Lanus on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
This has been an exciting period of action! Kingi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Lanus has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Kingi throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kingi moves out of range of the strikes. Lanus throws a head kick but Kingi moves out of range.
Kingi keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Lanus tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. The fight stays on the outside here - Lanus looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Lanus shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Lanus is rocked! Lanus closes the distance looking to clinch and Kingi counters with an inside leg kick. Lanus is still on wobbly legs! Can Kingi finish him? Kingi circles away from the clinch attempt and Kingi counters with a huge right that knocks Lanus out cold! Kingi is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Rane Kingi! Rane Kingi decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
