Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Killblog Hermitcrab (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Maslov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hermitcrab might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Day 'N' Night. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Killblog Hermitcrab!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Ivan Kurochkin and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maslov shoots in for a double leg but Hermitcrab sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Hermitcrab misses with a few strikes there.
Hermitcrab misses with a wild combination.
Maslov tries for a takedown but Hermitcrab sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Maslov shoots in looking for a takedown. Hermitcrab tries to sprawl out of it but Maslov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hermitcrab manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Killblog Hermitcrab has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ivan Maslov.

Maslov shoots in but Hermitcrab avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Hermitcrab rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Maslov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Maslov cracks Hermitcrab with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
No joy there for Maslov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Maslov tries for a takedown but Hermitcrab sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Maslov fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Hermitcrab throws a right and a left that Maslov avoids nicely.
Maslov closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hermitcrab circles away.
Maslov closes the distance and clinches up with Hermitcrab, looking for a takedown. Maslov pushes Hermitcrab against the cage but Hermitcrab circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Maslov avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hermitcrab works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Hermitcrab thuds his right hand into Maslov's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Hermitcrab throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Maslov counters with a shoot takedown. Hermitcrab fights it but they end up in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hermitcrab is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Hermitcrab working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Maslov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Maslov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Hermitcrab isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Maslov stacks Hermitcrab on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Maslov!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Hermitcrab really wants to buck Maslov off and get back to his feet.
Maslov lands a big shot there that rocks Hermitcrab but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Hermitcrab is trying to stand up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hermitcrab keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Maslov takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Maslov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hermitcrab's waist but Hermitcrab gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Maslov off to one side.
