Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rafa Radit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gwetwara Low!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Skip Squint and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Low has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Radit.

Low fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Radit to the ground. Low is now in Radit's guard.
Low sitting in guard here, content to control.
Low trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Low seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Low tries to free his leg and advance position but Radit is retaining full guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Gwetwara Low hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Radit gets a clinch.
Radit cracks Low with a nice body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice elbow from Radit.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Low as Radit tries to tie him up.
Low can't get the takedown.
Low takes a knee to the side of the body.
Radit scores a nice knee to the body.
Low has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Low drops down looking for an ankle pick but Radit pulls his leg out and moves away.
Radit connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Low takes a head kick and shrugs it off.


It looks like Gwetwara Low has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Low shoots in looking for a takedown but Radit manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Low's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Rafa Radit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gwetwara Low.

Radit has managed to clinch.
Radit is pressed up against the cage. Low has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Radit down to the mat. Radit avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Radit lands a nice hook to Low's body. Low takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Low sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Low looks winded!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Radit throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Rafa Radit is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Radit scores with a head kick. Low tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Radit lands with a thumping leg kick.

Radit gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Radit landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Radit lands a nice elbow.
Radit creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Low's defenses.

Radit lands a shot to the body.
Low's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Radit stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Radit lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Radit connects with a nasty looking knee right to Low's face.


Low is rocked!
Radit lands an elbow inside that Low shrugs off.
Low is still on wobbly legs! Can Radit finish him?
Low takes an elbow to the forehead.
Radit's Muay Thai looks sharper than normal. He has obviously been working on it in the gym.
Radit lands a knee to the body.
Low seems to have recovered his senses.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Radit lands a nice elbow.
Radit lands a good knee to the midsection. Low won't want to take too many of those.
Low is trying to break the clinch but Radit has him pressed against the cage.
Radit gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Radit utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.

Radit lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Radit lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
We've been informed that Low has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Radit crunches a lovely knee into Low's ribcage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Radit unloads a knee to the mid-section. Low lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Radit's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Radit connects with a nasty looking knee right to Low's face.
Radit lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Radit lands an elbow inside.
Radit putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Low in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Low shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Radit defends it nicely.
Radit comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Rafa Radit seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Low stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Radit.
Low has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Radit.

Radit connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Low to the floor! Radit dives in looking for the finish!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Radit works his way into full mount!
Oooooh, big shot lands for Radit! Low is hurt baaadly! Radit is firing away with more strikes - Low is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rafa Radit!
