The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Valeri Chadov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roll closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Schelokov's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Roll trying to control the position from guard on top but Schelokov is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Roll trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Roll is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Schelokov is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Schelokov has escaped and now he's on top!
Roll is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Roll lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Schelokov!
Schelokov is squirming around, avoiding Roll's attempts to control the action.
Roll looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Schelokov's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Roll wants to finish this one by submission but Schelokov is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Roll.
Roll has hold of Schelokov's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Schelokov manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Schelokov wants to get back to his feet.
Roll looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Roll swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
