Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brubaker throws a right and a left that both miss.
Brubaker misses with a series of wild punches.
Goon on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Brubaker misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Goon looking to score a takedown here. Brubaker is defending well but Goon drives through and ends up in Brubaker's guard.
Brubaker utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Goon controlling from the top position.
Goon is pushing down on Brubaker's leg trying to pass to half guard. Brubaker is fighting to maintain full guard but Goon has managed to sneak the leg through.
Goon not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Goon working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Goon working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Brubaker is trying to control but can't.
Goon content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Goon working over Brubaker with some ground and pound. Brubaker looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Brubaker wants to improve his position but Goon is controlling well.

Brubaker looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Goon thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Brubaker's head.

Goon has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Brubaker defend it? Goon steps over the head and cranks it - Brubaker is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Goon!
