Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Franco Micheli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Handle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksandr Martynov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Handle avoids the head kick by Micheli.
Micheli tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Handle holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Handle breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Micheli tries to clinch but Handle is having none of it.
Micheli tries a head kick but it misses.
Handle throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Micheli.
Micheli throws a head kick that misses.
Handle fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Micheli to the ground. Handle is now in Micheli's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Handle controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Handle won't allow Micheli to get back to his feet.
Handle tries to free his leg and advance position but Micheli is retaining full guard.
Handle engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
We've been hearing good reports from Micheli's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Handle should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Handle prevents Micheli from getting back to his feet.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Max Handle wasn't active enough on the ground.
Micheli keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Handle throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Micheli crashing down! Micheli tries to stagger back to his feet but Handle just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Micheli asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
