Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zelios Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Remo Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams has chosen Remo Williams Theme as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Zelios Gracie! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Remo Williams! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams misses with a lunging right hand
and Gracie decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Williams's guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Gracie postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Williams is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Gracie, into his guard. Gracie manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Williams manages to get himself to full guard.
Gracie trying to control but Williams is working from the bottom. Gracie thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Williams controls Gracie momentarily but Gracie frees himself. Gracie postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Gracie is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Williams is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Williams has escaped and now he's on top! Williams must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Williams trying to control the position from guard on top but Gracie is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Gracie is looking for a triangle but Williams pushes his legs off easily.
Gracie manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Williams manages to get himself to full guard.
Gracie throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Gracie throws a big elbow that misses. Gracie won't allow Williams to sweep him here. Gracie tries to free his leg and advance position but Williams is retaining full guard. Williams working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Gracie. Gracie trying to control the position from guard on top but Williams is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie working some strikes from top position. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gracie scoring with punches to the head and body. Gracie slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Williams tries to improve position but can't. Williams wants to control but Gracie postures up. Gracie is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Williams knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Gracie looks up at the clock and then as Williams takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Gracie smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Gracie is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Williams looks calm but he's in trouble here. Gracie gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Williams is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Gracie lets go of the hold and Williams can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Zelios Gracie! Zelios Gracie retains his middleweight title!
