Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rex McLain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Quinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McLain comes to the cage accompanied by Johnny Cash-Cocaine Blues. Joseph Quinn has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Rex McLain's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quinn's corner calls for a 1-2. Quinn obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

McLain looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
McLain thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Quinn's head.
We've been hearing good reports from McLain's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

That was a close round but I would say that Rex McLain will probably get the nod.

Quinn's jab looks to have found its range, popping McLain under the eye.

McLain throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Quinn.

McLain changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Quinn tries to avoid it but McLain manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Quinn to the ground. Quinn escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
