Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kirk Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Speedy Light (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by Bodies/Drowning pool. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kirk Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Speedy Light!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Light swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Light sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Gracie takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Light takes a swing at Gracie's ribcage but misses.
Light misses the shot to the body.
Light scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
It looks like Kirk Gracie has been cut.
Light wants to clinch up but Gracie keeps it at a distance.
Gracie takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Light ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gracie moves away.
Gracie dodges the punch combination from Light.
Light dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Gracie closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gracie lands in his opponent's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Light can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Gracie controls the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gracie's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kirk Gracie has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Light throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gracie circles away from the clinch attempt.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Light enables Gracie to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Light manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Gracie looking to sit in guard and control but Light gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Light gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Light stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gracie swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Light has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Gracie to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Light is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Gracie pulls down on the head and he's put Light to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Kirk Gracie!
During a confident post fight interview, Kirk Gracie thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
