And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Mariano Italiano!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Kvasov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kvasov throws a lazy uppercut
and Italiano counters by clinching up.
Italiano keeps control of Kvasov as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Italiano lands with a short head shot on the inside.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Italiano has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Italiano lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Kvasov is trying to break the clinch but Italiano has him pressed against the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Look low, kick high! Kvasov uses the oldest trick in the book to send Italiano tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Kvasov is absolutely delighted - when Italiano wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
