Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dragon Warfist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vinnie Vincent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Dragon Warfist! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vinnie Vincent! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Warfist ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Vincent moves away. Vincent connects with a body shot. Warfist slips a jab and a cross from Vincent.
Vincent fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Vincent throws a lazy uppercut
and Warfist counters with a big head kick but Vincent shrugs it off. Vincent looks to score with a jab to the body but Warfist is just out of range. Warfist keeps Vincent at a distance using the push kick. Vincent has a takedown stuffed. Warfist dodges the punch combination from Vincent.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Vincent blocks a leg kick. Warfist wants to clinch. Vincent shoots in looking for a takedown but Warfist manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Vincent's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Dragon Warfist has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vinnie Vincent. Vincent throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Warfist's waist but Warfist gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Vincent off to one side. Vincent misses with a few strikes there.

Vincent throws a quick inside leg kick. Vincent will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Warfist misses with the combination.
Vincent lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Warfist tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Warfist displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Vincent. Warfist ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Warfist cracks Vincent with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Vincent takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Vincent drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Vincent tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Vincent has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Vincent landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Warfist is not content to let Vincent control the position. Warfist holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage. Vincent is trying to ground and pound but Warfist uses the momentary lack of control by Vincent to regain half guard. Vincent has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Vincent is looking for a kimura here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Warfist is trying to get back to full guard. Vincent throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Warfist tries to roll over but Vincent keeps him under control. Warfist keeping hold of Vincent's head, controlling as best he can. Warfist keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Warfist knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Vincent on the ground. Warfist is looking to improve his position.
Vincent is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vincent throwing shots but Warfist is blocking nicely. Vincent is controlling the pace.
Warfist is holding on to half guard well. Warfist wants to control but Vincent is keeping busy and won't allow it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Vincent seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Warfist regains full guard. Nicely done. Vincent trying to control the position from guard on top but Warfist is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Vinnie Vincent will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Warfist blocks a low kick nicely. Vincent misses the jab. Vincent shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Vincent was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Vincent working away. Vincent tries to move into full mount but can't pass Warfist's legs. Vincent wants to lay and pray for a moment but Warfist keeps working. Vincent throws a strike aimed at the side of Warfist's head but Warfist avoids it well. Vincent in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Vincent misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Vincent lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Vincent creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Warfist sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. Warfist manages to get back to half guard. Vincent tries to pass to full mount but Warfist defends it. Vincent is trying to control. Warfist wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Vincent slows the pace down in half guard. Vincent missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Warfist on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Warfist tries to get out of the position. Warfist avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Vincent. Vincent throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Vincent wants to control but Warfist is keeping him busy. Vincent scoring with strikes to the body and head. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Vincent lands a nice short elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vincent misses with a head shot. Warfist uses the momentum to regain guard. Warfist avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Warfist looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Vincent throwing strikes from guard but Warfist blocks nicely. Warfist will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Vincent postures up and lands a big shot to Warfist's brow. Vincent throws a strike but Warfist rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Vincent manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Warfist manages to get himself to full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Vincent postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Warfist keeping moving, preventing Vincent from controlling successfully. Vincent wants to pass the guard but Warfist is keeping the position. Vincent throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Vincent accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Vincent throwing strikes but missing. Vincent content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Warfist keeping moving, preventing Vincent from controlling successfully. Warfist looking to hit a scissor sweep but Vincent is one step ahead there.

Vinnie Vincent showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Vincent displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Warfist throws out the jab. Warfist pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Warfist takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Vinnie Vincent seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Warfist uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Vincent.

Vincent missing with a left hand there. Warfist was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Dragon Warfist is winning the standup battle so far. Vincent moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Warfist lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Vincent shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Vincent shoots in and drives through. Warfist sprawls well. Vincent looks to score with a jab to the body but Warfist is just out of range. Vincent avoids the body shot from Warfist.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Vincent. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Warfist dodges the ground and pound from Vincent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vincent is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Warfist is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Vincent wants to control but Warfist is keeping him busy. Vincent misses with the ground and pound. Vincent tries to score with some ground and pound. Warfist controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Vincent tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Vincent has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Vincent working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Dragon Warfist has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Vincent trying to control the action but Warfist is working from the bottom. Warfist can't do much from the bottom here. Vincent looks up at the clock and then as Warfist takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Vincent smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Vincent thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Vincent lands a few punches from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Warfist's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Warfist dodges the ground and pound from Vincent. Vincent throwing shots but missing, from side control. Vincent has knee on belly and moves into mount. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Vincent trying to control but Warfist is having none of it. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Vincent cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Warfist taking shots to the head.
And that's the end of the fight! Vinnie Vincent comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Vincent winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
