Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jeremy Pettis!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Krapala.
Krapala throws a nice inside leg kick.
Krapala throws a leg kick which misses Pettis's front leg but catches the back leg as Pettis tries to avoid it.
Krapala gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Krapala buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Krapala has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Nordic Top Team in the buildup to the fight.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Krapala. Pettis shrugs it off though.
Krapala displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pettis throws out the jab.
Pettis throws a right and a left that both miss.

and Krapala holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Krapala manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Krapala creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Pettis's defenses.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Krapala is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Pettis closes the distance and clinches up with Krapala, looking for a takedown. Pettis pushes Krapala against the cage but Krapala circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Tuma Krapala has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeremy Pettis.

and Krapala counters with a nice kick to the body.

Krapala creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Pettis! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Krapala.
