The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peacock shoots in but no luck this time.
Peacock has his takedown stuffed
and Maynard counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Maynard dips to his left and cracks Peacock with an uppercut!

It looks like Anderson Peacock has been cut.
Peacock walks into a straight right hand from Maynard.
Maynard uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Peacock has time to react.
Peacock shoots in for a takedown but Maynard shows good takedown defense.
Mark Maynard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anderson Peacock.
Peacock misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Peacock stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Maynard.
Maynard lands with a thumping leg kick.
Maynard thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Peacock if he has to take too many more of those.
