Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fat Bastard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kane Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kane Hughes is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Bastard misses its intended target.
Bastard knocks Hughes to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?
Hughes is rocked!
It looks like Kane Hughes has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bastard wants to stand but Hughes has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard.
Hughes is still in real trouble! Can Bastard finish him?
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Bastard gets to his feet - Hughes follows without any prompting.
Hughes seems to have recovered his senses.
Bastard moves into range and clinches up with Hughes.
Bastard manages to break the clinch.
Bastard tries a head kick but it misses.
Bastard lands a head kick that stumbles Hughes and the fighters go to the mat.
Hughes is rocked!
That has opened up Kane Hughes's cut even more.
Bastard landing with the ground and pound.
Bastard wants to get up but he can't break Hughes's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Hughes is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Bastard would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Bastard wants to stand and escape but instead Hughes has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Hughes stops Bastard from standing up.

Hughes won't allow Bastard to get back to his feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Bastard is wriggling around but Hughes manages to pass to half guard.

Bastard is pushing Hughes's head away, looking to escape. Hughes manages to hold on to the position though.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Bastard looks to throw the jab but Hughes is out of range.
Hughes uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bastard.

Bastard throws a shot from downtown. Hughes moves away and avoids it.
Hughes bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
You can see the frustration on Bastard's face as Hughes controls the position.
Bastard tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

A big right from Bastard misses.
Hughes on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
The cut above Kane Hughes's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Hughes slips a jab and a cross from Bastard.
Bastard throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hughes goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Hughes throws a right and a left that Bastard avoids nicely.
Bastard throws a looping overhand right but Hughes ducks down to avoid it.

Hughes breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bastard moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Kane Hughes's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Bastard throws a shot from downtown. Hughes moves away and avoids it.
Hughes gets the takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Bastard's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Hughes lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Bastard is not content to let Hughes control the position.
Bastard is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but Hughes has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Bastard knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hughes on the ground.
Hughes remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Bastard pushes Hughes away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Hughes gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

so Hughes counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Hughes seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
