Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Alexandrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wilfredo Cacho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexandrov's entrance music is Pelageya & Darya Moroz-Oy, da ne vecher (russian folk music). A fine choice. Cacho is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: I Fink U Freeky. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexandrov throws the left hand but Cacho avoids the punch easily.

Cacho throws the kick towards the body but Alexandrov avoids it.
Alexandrov moves into range and connects with a jab.
Cacho wants to clinch up but Alexandrov keeps it at a distance.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We've been told by Alexandrov's head coaches at Royal Guard | London that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Cacho does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
