Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Atticus Dylan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Fernando (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dylan comes into the arena with Refused - New Noise blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dylan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fernando swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Dylan bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Fernando's head.
It looks like Manny Fernando has been cut.

Dylan moves into the clinch.
Fernando jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dylan walks away with a smile on his face. Fernando gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Dylan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Fernando manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Fernando fails with an attempt to clinch.
Fernando dives in and scores a takedown into Dylan's guard.

Fernando stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dylan swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Dylan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fernando on the ground.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Dylan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Manny Fernando was stalling too much, according to the referee.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Manny Fernando hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Fernando swings for the body but Dylan moves out of range.
Fernando rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dylan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Fernando shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dylan's guard.
Fernando stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Fernando throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dylan was covering up waiting for the punch and Fernando finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Fernando is looking to work some ground and pound but Dylan has wrist control.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fernando tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fernando has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dylan is not content to let Fernando control the position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fernando closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Dylan quickly recovers to half guard.
Dylan is looking to escape.
Fernando decides to stand and escape the position.
Fernando will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dylan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Fernando.
Fernando drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Fernando looking to sit in guard and control but Dylan gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dylan is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Fernando has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Dylan is looking to defend but Fernando has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Dylan! Fernando pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Dylan taps out and this one is all over!
