Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Barry Balls! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Renato Crashing Mashin! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Paulo Santos and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crashing Mashin shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Balls manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Crashing Mashin trying to control but Balls is working from the bottom. Crashing Mashin trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Crashing Mashin trying to control the position from guard on top but Balls is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Balls avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Balls keeping moving, preventing Crashing Mashin from controlling successfully. Crashing Mashin preventing the sweep. Crashing Mashin loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Crashing Mashin has gone for a leg lock! Balls slips out almost immediately though and dives into Crashing Mashin's guard. Balls passes Crashing Mashin's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crashing Mashin is refusing to be controlled, as Balls sits in half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Crashing Mashin slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Balls postures up in Crashing Mashin's guard and throws a big left but Crashing Mashin blocks it. Balls avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Balls wants to control from the top but Crashing Mashin keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Balls is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Crashing Mashin is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Crashing Mashin is trying to keep Balls in close.
Our spies down at at Soul Supremacy Elite Gym inform us that Crashing Mashin has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Balls sitting in guard here, content to control. Crashing Mashin is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Balls stalls. Balls gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Crashing Mashin regains guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Balls in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Balls looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Crashing Mashin trying to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crashing Mashin is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Balls trying to control but Crashing Mashin is working from the bottom. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Crashing Mashin utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Crashing Mashin not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Balls closes the distance and clinches. Crashing Mashin jumps guard and drags Balls to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Crashing Mashin lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Balls!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Balls tries to hold on but Crashing Mashin pushes him away. Crashing Mashin working the ground and pound effectively.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Crashing Mashin with good strikes from the mount here! Balls manages to regain half guard. Good work. Balls wants to control but Crashing Mashin is keeping busy.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Balls tries to get to full guard but Crashing Mashin has control of the leg. Crashing Mashin sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Balls defending well though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Renato Crashing Mashin dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Crashing Mashin looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Crashing Mashin wants to control but Balls is keeping him busy. Crashing Mashin lands a decent elbow from side control. Balls is trying to improve his position. Balls takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Crashing Mashin throws a strike aimed at the side of Balls's head but Balls avoids it well. Crashing Mashin has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Crashing Mashin trying to control the action but Balls is working from the bottom. Balls avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Crashing Mashin. Balls tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Crashing Mashin wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Renato Crashing Mashin has got the better of the ground game so far. Crashing Mashin lands a decent elbow from side control. This has been an exciting period of action! Crashing Mashin working the head with strikes. Crashing Mashin advances to mount. Crashing Mashin pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Balls is rocked! Balls tries to lock up and control but Crashing Mashin gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Balls takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Crashing Mashin's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Renato Crashing Mashin! A very excited looking Renato Crashing Mashin rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
