Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fu Chu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andres Bonifacio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Fu Chu has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fu Chu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andres Bonifacio! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab-cross combination lands for Bonifacio and sends Chu crashing to the mat! Bonifacio follows him down to the mat - Chu regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
It looks like Fu Chu has been cut. Bonifacio thows a huge punch but Chu dodges it nicely.
Bonifacio is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Chu is looking for a sweep. Bonifacio is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Bonifacio is keen to just control but Chu is a slippery customer. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bonifacio is looking for a kimura but Chu is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Bonifacio to get the leverage. Bonifacio has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Bonifacio throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Bonifacio wants to lay and pray for a moment but Chu keeps working. Bonifacio looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Chu throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bonifacio drives through and clinches with Chu against the cage.
Chu is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Bonifacio tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Bonifacio is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Chu pulls him back up using the underhooks. Bonifacio misses with a knee to the head. Bonifacio looks gassed! Bonifacio misses with a knee strike.
Chu is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Chu wants to break free but Bonifacio has control.

Chu wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Bonifacio is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Chu jumps guard but Bonifacio stands there with Chu around his waist. Chu gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Bonifacio tries to pull guard but Chu won't allow it.
Fu Chu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andres Bonifacio. Bonifacio looking to throw knees to the head but Chu is blocking nicely.
Bonifacio jumps into guard, dragging Chu to the mat.
Bonifacio is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Bonifacio is looking for a triangle but Chu pushes his legs off easily.
Bonifacio controlling the position. Bonifacio is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Bonifacio thows a huge punch but Chu dodges it nicely.
Bonifacio is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Chu has managed to free his arm - good work. Bonifacio is working for a kimura but Chu is defending it quite comfortably.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bonifacio not landing any meaningful shots this time. Bonifacio not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Bonifacio passes to full mount! Bonifacio throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Bonifacio punching from mount but Chu doing a good job of avoiding damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Chu suckers Bonifacio into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Chu is now in Bonifacio's guard!
Chu advances to half guard. Chu is tying to control. Bonifacio wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Bonifacio looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Bonifacio is trying to get back to full guard. Bonifacio looking for submissions off his back. Bonifacio actively working from the bottom here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andres Bonifacio dominated that round. The cut man is working on Fu Chu's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Bonifacio tries to clinch up but Chu circles away and keeps his distance. Bonifacio wants to clinch. Bonifacio tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Chu swivels and escapes. Bonifacio tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bonifacio fails in his attempt to clinch. Andres Bonifacio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chu looks to throw the jab but Bonifacio is out of range. Bonifacio shoots in but Chu avoids the takedown attempt easily. Chu drops Bonifacio with a left right combo! Chu follows him down to the ground into side control.
Bonifacio is rocked! Chu is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bonifacio is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Bonifacio is still in real trouble! Can Chu finish him? We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Chu gets to mount! Bonifacio was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chu controlling his opponent. Bonifacio seems to have recovered his senses. Bonifacio is breathing heavily. Bonifacio tries to improve his position but Chu has taken his back! Chu has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Bonifacio tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Chu pushes Bonifacio away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Fu Chu!
