Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David Leveen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikos Stalikas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for David Leveen has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Leveen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nikos Stalikas!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leveen tries to clinch up.
Leveen fails in his attempt to clinch.
Stalikas smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Stalikas lands a jab to the nose.
Leveen tries to clinch there but Stalikas circles away.
Leveen is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Stalikas lands an overhand right.
Stalikas swings for the body but Leveen moves out of range.
Stalikas takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Stalikas throws a lazy right hand but Leveen sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Stalikas looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Stalikas changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Leveen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Let's hope that Stalikas has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Stalikas misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Stalikas controls the position.
It looks like Stalikas might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Leveen wants to get back to his feet but Stalikas drags him back down.

Leveen moves in looking to clinch but Stalikas pushes him off.

and Stalikas counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Stalikas.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Stalikas is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Stalikas postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Stalikas is in close to Leveen's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Stalikas lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Leveen is rocked!
Stalikas postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Leveen covers up, he's hurt! Stalikas keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Stalikas and the ref steps in to end the fight! Stalikas can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
